We have traveled far and wide as tourists, looking hospitality in hotels, cottages, bed and breakfasts and farms. So we realized what a tourist needs, as want to be accepted and what to expect. We then decided to develop a range of services available to our guests that we hope will make your holiday unique.
We can offer you a series of services that can make your holiday special, but we are sure that the magic of these places can be enough to make it already special.
You can relax by the pool, have lunch under your private pergola, enjoy a good glass of wine at sunset, dine in one of the wonderful restaurants in the area, spend a day at the beach or along the paths of the Sibillini Mountains, stroll in one of our villages or historic cities.

BREAKFAST
9,50 euro / pers.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchen, but if you prefer to take full advantage of the breakfast service. You will be served bread and focaccia leavened with sourdough, organic jam and homemade cookies, yoghurt, fresh fruit, local ham and cheese, all accompanied by coffee, milk, tea and juice.
You can book your breakfast at the time of booking, or at the time of your arrival and in this case you will breakfast the day after (just the time of the yeast).
Let us know if you have any intollerance in advance.
The breakfast is free for children under 6 years.
BREAD & PIZZA
Is possible to order bread and pizza made with organic flour semi integral leavened with sourdough, an ancient process that makes our bread light and digestible.
Bread, price for kg 6,00 euro
Pizza Margherita 8 euro.
Stuffed Pizza 10 euro.
Minimum 2 pizza
If you want, Michela can teach you this wonderful technique to bring a piece of Biancopecora in your city.
WINE TASTING
We are a small winery, we produce around 3,500 bottles a year “Microcantina“
Small but strong, we are part of the Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers, Fivi.
We produce quality wines, we have always been certified organic and in our micro-cellar we use the best equipment and techniques to produce quality wines.
If you wish, you can taste our wines together, we will explain our history and winemaking techniques, the tasting will be accompanied by a small tasting of local products.
E-BIKE
You can rent your E-Bike in partner centers, both near the sea and in the Sibillini Mountains and travel along marked trails in total safety and fun.
If you want to rent your E-Bike for several days, delivery and collection is available directly from us, book your E-Bike in advance so you will find it upon your arrival.
ADVENTURE PARK
If you love nature, with “Avventura nel Parco”, you can discover the territory of the Parco dei Monti Sibillini through fun activities and the reach of all, for adults and children.
You can discover the Park through rafting in Biselli di Norcia, descending on the river Corno aboard an inflatable boat with your friends or family, Along with a rafting guide that will give you the instructions you need to safely get off the river. The activity is also suitable for children. During rafting you can have fun at the adventure park above the trees with Tibetan bridges, Monkey Bridge, Tyrolean and cable cars, all in a very special environment: the river Another adventure park is the lake of Fiastra (Marche), in a beautiful landscaped setting, characterized by the lake nestled among the Sibillini mountains. The adventure park is right on the lake, with Tibetan bridges, rope passages and a cable car that crosses the lake 130 meters long! In addition to the adventure park, at Lake Fiastra, you can try map or compass orienteering in search of points on the territory and archery that everyone always likes from great to children. These activities are also within reach of all, easy and safe, thanks to the on-site operators. If you have never flown and would like to do so, there is the two-paragliding flight safely with the instructor, flying over the Sibillini Mountains with unique and characteristic landscapes of the Umbrian-Marche Archipelago. If you want to stay with your feet on the ground you can discover the Park with guided walks and glittered on easy and suggestive itineraries, accompanied by nature guides.
