The Casale Biancopecora farm covers an area of about 4 hectares. We produce high quality wine and olive oil.
We work our land mainly with our hands, with minimal use of mechanical means.
Our garden is synergistic.
We have been certified “organic” since the beginning of our agricultural adventure.
A long process of land reconversion and minimal use of biological treatments in our vineyard. No treatment is used in the crops and in the olive grove.
VINEYARD & CELLAR
A family business, Massimo ex photographer, Michela ex accountant, with the help of friends Nico and Felice have realized their dream of changing life. Our first vintage dates back to 2017 with Vitalbero, a blend of white grapes (Pecorino, Trebbiano and Traminer) in 2021 Eramare was born, our 100% pure red Sanforte or Gaglioppo delle Marche grape. In 2020 we built our small cellar www.microcantina.com
We prune the vines, drive the tractor, vinify and bottle, with a single view of the final product.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The climate and the early harvest allow us not to use any product, even if allowed by the organic.
The harvest takes place at the end of September and no later than the first week of October, in order to obtain a spicy and rich oil.
The olives are brought to the mill within 24 hours of harvesting, we use the cold pressing technique to keep all the characteristics of the product intact.
Our olive grove covers an area of about 6000 square meters and is composed of about 30 secular trees of the Sargano del Fermano quality, 20 trees with an age of about 25/30 years of Leccino and Pendolino quality and a new plant of about 60 quality plants, Leccino, Tenera Ascolana, Piantone di Falerone, Piantone di Mogliano and Pendolino.
BREAD & PIZZA
Thanks to the passion of our friend Francesco, we start baking at home, only with the use of local organic flours and with the use of sourdough.
We organize small bakery courses and bread tasting with our products.
On order, for our guests it is possible to request bread, or they can taste it during their breakfasts, accompanied exclusively by local products of biological origin, when possible, but in any case a selection of small local artisans who work in respect of ‘environment.
